About the HB&RACC

The Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod (HB&RACC) is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Home Builders Association of Massachusetts (HBAM).

The Association’s mission is to support homeownership on Cape Cod and its trade members through legislative, educational, business and civic endeavors. Association members adhere to a strong professional code of ethics ensuring that consumers receive the highest quality of service within the industry. We strive to broaden our influence as the industry’s voice.

Membership isn’t just for builders – the HB&RACC supports sales representatives, sub contractors, suppliers, financial institutions and anyone who does business in the home building industry.

What Can the HB&RACC Do For My Business?

Our association supports the industry by representing the interests of residential builders and remodelers on issues that affect their ability to provide affordable housing for all citizens of Cape Cod & the Islands. So if you make any portion of your living from the residential housing sector within our community, you should make an investment in your future by supporting the efforts of the industry.

Networking and Lead Development

Our members not only share a common interest, but they also create new friendships with their peers. These relationships allow our members to learn from each other, and grow professionally within the industry.

Throughout the year, we provide numerous unique networking and advertising opportunities for our members. Our monthly meetings and events are held at venues that range from the class room to the golf course.

The HB&ACC has opportunities for member to participate in several different councils and committees.
