Habitat Cape Cod’s Deconstruction Program

hbracc

Looking to remodel your kitchen or upgrade appliances? Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod offers a Deconstruction Program that helps homeowners, contractors, and tradespeople save on labor and disposal costs. Trained and insured volunteers will carefully remove reusable cabinets, appliances, and other items—at no cost if the items can be resold. These materials are then sold at the Habitat ReStores in South Yarmouth and Falmouth, with proceeds supporting affordable housing efforts right here on Cape Cod. Unsellable items may incur a removal fee, determined after a preview.

To schedule a deconstruction, visit restorecapecod.org/cabinetremoval or call (508) 394-6400 x131.

Coming this spring—an exciting opportunity!
Habitat Cape Cod will open applications for homeownership in Brewster and Falmouth. Many local tradespeople have not only helped build homes—they’ve become proud Habitat homeowners themselves. With recently increased income limits, more Cape Cod residents may now qualify.

Please spread the word to anyone in need of safe, affordable housing!
