Remembering Guy Webb: A Legacy of Dedication, Leadership, and Kindness

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Guy A. A. Webb, a beloved leader in the Massachusetts home building community, who died on June 1, 2025, after a nearly two-year battle with cancer. He was 64.

For nearly three decades, Guy served as the Executive Director of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Central Massachusetts, offering unmatched expertise in building and energy codes and championing the residential construction industry across the state. Even after stepping down in 2023, he continued to support the industry as a consultant and advocate, bringing his deep knowledge and calm guidance to every conversation.

Guy’s impact on the building community and on all who knew him will be felt for years to come. We extend our deepest condolences to his wife Jennifer, his children, extended family, and all those who had the privilege to know and work alongside him.
