From the Incoming Board President: Todd Duffany

Dear Friends,

It is a true honor to step into the role of President of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod, Inc. I will officially be installed, along with our senior officers, at our Annual Meeting on Tuesday, December 16, at the Margaritaville Resort in Hyannis.

While this is a meaningful milestone for me personally, it is also a reflection of the strength, commitment, and reputation of our Cape Cod membership. Our association continues to play an essential role in representing the interests of builders, remodelers, and industry partners throughout our region, and I am committed to carrying that work forward.

My experience serving on the executive committee over the past several years has given me a deep appreciation for the critical advocacy happening across the Cape and Islands. This work is more important than ever if we are to preserve an environment where home building and remodeling can thrive without unnecessary regulatory burdens or government overreach.

As president, I will remain steadfast in championing the priorities of our industry— a common sense energy code policy, smart growth zoning, increased access to sewer, and any issue that affects our ability to build quality housing and support homeowners across Cape Cod and the Commonwealth. Our voice matters, and I intend to ensure it remains strong.

I hope you will join me on December 16th as we install our 2026 senior officer team and celebrate the outstanding contributions of our members.

I also invite you to join me in strengthening our association by getting involved however you can. If you are not a member, please consider joining. When more voices and perspectives come to the table, our industry and our community both benefit.
