HBRACC’s new member system is live, and every member company now builds its own listing in the Info Hub. Log in with the same username and password you used for MemberZone, choose up to two directory categories, set where you work, write a short description, and save. Most members are done in about 10 minutes.
Below is the whole process, step by step. If you get stuck anywhere, call Katie at 508-419-0620. She’d rather walk you through it than have your company missing from the directory.
What changed with the new system?
HBRACC moved from MemberZone to GrowthZone, and the member side of it is called the Info Hub. It’s where you’ll now manage your membership, register for events, pay invoices and, most important right now, edit your company’s public listing in the HBRACC member directory.
Your company name, address, phone, website and contacts came across from the old system. Your old profile photos and links did not. That’s on purpose: the directory was rebuilt with tighter categories so homeowners get better matches, and every listing starts from a clean page. We’re putting that directory in front of Cape Cod homeowners harder than we ever have, so a complete listing is worth the 10 minutes.
MemberZone is closed to members now. Staff can still look up old records there, so if you need something from your old account, ask Katie.
How do I log in to the Info Hub?
- Go to the HBRACC Info Hub login page.
- Sign in with your same MemberZone username and password. Nothing to reset.
- Can’t remember them? Click “Forgot your Username or Password?” under the sign-in box and the system will email you.

If your company joined in the last couple of months, or you’re a new contact at a member company, you may not have a login yet. Click “Create One” on the login page, or email admin@capecodbuilders.org and Katie will set you up.
What’s in the Info Hub menu?
Once you’re in, the menu down the left side is how you get around:
- Home: your account balance and upcoming HBRACC events.
- My Info: your own contact details, plus your company record under the Related Businesses tab.
- My Billing Info: open invoices, payments and saved payment methods.
- My Directory Listing(s): the public page homeowners see. This is the big one.
- My Subscriptions: which HBRACC email lists you get.
- Events: upcoming events you can register for.
- Forum, Continuing Education and Resources: member discussions, education and files from the association.
Depending on your role at your company, you may see a few more or fewer options. That’s normal.
How do I choose my directory categories?
Click My Directory Listing(s) in the left-hand menu. Your listing opens with a small pencil icon next to each section you can edit. Click the pencil next to Categories and pick up to two.
Choose the two that match the work you actually want leads for, not every trade you’ve ever touched. On the old system members averaged almost three categories each, and some sat in five to seven overlapping build and remodel categories, which buried homeowners in results that didn’t fit what they were looking for. Our How to Choose Your Categories guide lists every category and what it covers.
Where do I add my description and keywords?
Same screen, same pencil icons. In My Directory Listing(s) you can edit:
- Description. The full write-up homeowners see when they open your listing. A few plain sentences on what you do, where you work and what you’re known for. This is also the place for certifications and awards: BRICC Awards, manufacturer certifications, licenses worth naming.
- Search Description. The one- or two-line version that shows in the results list. Make it the sentence you’d want a homeowner to read first.
- Keywords. Words a homeowner might type into the directory search: “spray foam,” “bulkhead repair,” “kitchen design.” Brand names and specialty terms work well.
- Contact info. Double-check your company name, address, phone, email and website while you’re there.
Where do I set my Area Served and budget tier?
These four fields live on your company record rather than the listing page. Click My Info in the left-hand menu, then the Related Businesses tab, and fill in:
- Budget Tier ($ to $$$$). One tier for your whole company, based on the bulk of your work. It helps match homeowners with the right budget before anyone picks up the phone.
- Area Served. Every region where you really take work: Lower Cape, Mid-Cape, Upper Cape, South Shore, South Coast, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket. It’s the filter homeowners use most.
- Project Specialty. Kitchens, Baths, Additions, Waterfront, ADUs and the rest. Use these to flag niches beyond your two categories. They don’t count against the limit.
- Designation Badges. CAPS, CGB, CGR, CGP or Certified Passive House, if you hold them.
Click the green Save button at the top right when you’re done.

Can I add my logo and project photos?
Logos, photo galleries, video and rep headshots display on Enhanced Digital Visibility listings. Enhanced also gives you priority placement in the directory, up to two bonus categories, and the option to add your own retargeting tag so you can run ads to people who’ve viewed your page.
You can upgrade anytime in the HBRACC Store. Staff switch your listing to Enhanced by hand after the order comes through, so give it a business day before the photo and video sections open up.
Can someone else at my company manage our listing?
Yes. Email Katie at admin@capecodbuilders.org with their name and email, and she’ll give them Super Admin access so they can update the listing too.
How do I register for an HBRACC event?
Click Events in the Info Hub menu, or go to the public HBRACC events calendar. Find the event and click Register.
How do I pay an invoice or set up autopay?
- Click My Billing Info in the left menu. It opens on the Make a Payment tab.
- To pay one invoice, click the arrow on the Actions button next to it and choose Enter Credit Card. To pay several at once, click Make a Payment at the top right.
- Enter a card or pick a saved one. Check Store Payment Info For Future if you want to keep it on file, then click Done.
You can also save a bank account and turn on autopay so your dues never lapse. GrowthZone’s guides: pay an invoice, store a credit card, store a bank account and manage autopay. There’s also a short video on setting up autopay for membership dues.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a new password for the Info Hub?
No. Your MemberZone username and password carried over. Use “Forgot your Username or Password?” if they don’t work.
My old photos and links are gone. Did something break?
No. Images and links were left behind on purpose so every listing starts fresh in the new directory. Your contact information did carry over.
How many categories can my company have?
Two on a Standard listing. Enhanced Digital Visibility adds up to two bonus categories, and extra categories can also be bought on their own in the Store.
How long does it take to build a listing?
About 10 minutes if you have your description and certifications handy.
Is there a video walkthrough?
Yes. GrowthZone, the company behind the Info Hub, made a short one: Update Your Company Information & Directory Listing via the Info Hub.
How do I update my contact info or add a coworker?
Go to My Info. GrowthZone’s guides: update contact information and update related contacts.
How do I choose which HBRACC emails I get?
Click My Subscriptions. (GrowthZone’s guide)
Can I still get into MemberZone?
No. MemberZone is closed to members. Staff can still look up old records, so ask Katie if you need something from your old account.
Will homeowners actually see my listing?
Yes. The member directory is public, and HBRACC is promoting it to Cape Cod homeowners through our website, email and social media. A complete listing in the right categories is what gets you found.
Who do I contact if I’m stuck?
Katie Minehart, Operations & Member Services Manager, at admin@capecodbuilders.org or 508-419-0620.
