Anne Marie Garcia, LEED AP, has joined as the Director of Business Development & Marketing, bringing with her a wealth of experience in architecture, interiors, and product design.

This strategic hire marks a pivotal moment for SV Design as the firm continues to grow its portfolio of custom residential, multi-family, institutional, and commercial projects across the North Shore, Greater Boston, and Cape Cod.

A Dynamic Leader with a Proven Track Record

Anne Marie Garcia is no stranger to the world of design and business development. With more than 15 years of experience, she has built a reputation for fostering strong client relationships, implementing innovative marketing strategies, and delivering thoughtful, results-driven solutions. Her expertise spans client relations, project management, product development, branding, and strategy—all essential skills that align perfectly with SV Design’s mission to create exceptional, client-focused spaces.

Anne Marie’s impressive career includes serving as the New England Regional Director of Client Relations at E4H Architecture, where she focused on client engagement and strategy within the healthcare industry. Prior to that, she owned an award-winning interior design studio in Nashville, TN, where she collaborated with high-end hospitality clients. Her work has been recognized in Medical Construction & Design Magazine, where she has advocated for trauma-informed design to promote healing in spaces.

A Vision for Growth at SV Design

In her new role, Anne Marie will oversee SV Design’s marketing efforts and spearhead initiatives to expand the firm’s client base and project portfolio. She will focus on enhancing the firm’s presence across Massachusetts, including the North Shore and Cape Cod, while strengthening relationships with current clients.

She studied Sustainable Design at Boston Architectural College and earned a degree in Product Development and Management from the Fashion Institute of Design in San Francisco, CA. Her dedication to sustainable and client-centered practices aligns seamlessly with SV Design’s approach to creating spaces of character and integrity.
